Nora Jean's Signature Coffee is uniquely blended for us by Espressions Coffee Roastery out of Phoenix.  We have come up with a blend that we feel will appeal to everyone.

Espressions also has blended our Iced Tea Blends by scenting the tea leaves with the oils from the fruits to add the flavor, but not sweetening the tea.  It is blended together in a small cement mixer-type of machine that allows the oils to reach every leaf.

Espresso

The word espresso means a cup of coffee brewed expressly for you.

The word espresso is Italian in origin and, loosely translated, means a cup of coffee brewed expressly for you. It is pressure-brewed, finely ground coffee. Properly brewed, an espresso will feature a layer of rich, dark, golden cream, called crema on the surface. All coffee is roasted and this process causes a variety of chemical changes in the coffee bean. Really good coffee is roasted just before brewing, since the average shelf life of roasted coffee beans is only two weeks.
